Today I woke up feeling fearless. I knew that today was going to be long, so I decided to give myself 10 extra minutes in bed today. This may have been the best thing that I have done for myself in months. In those 10 minutes all I had was positive vibes.
I wanted to take a few minutes and challenge anyone who wants to participate in just listing a few positive thoughts or feelings they have today.
I will go first.
Today I felt like I could get through any challenge that would come my way.
I got to spend an extra few minutes this morning to relax.
I was calm and at ease today after being anxious this past month.

Today I got home very early, so like u, Torry, I get a break
I dont have many chores to do by the end of the day
I am going to the movies
Last night, I got a lot more sleep than I have in a long time
I have a new day ahead of me – just getting ready
I have been working on some new ways to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone, including how I feel around large groups of people.
I’ve been trying to use this summer break to relax and “re-discover” myself and to learn how to love being alive.
I’ve put effort into not overwhelming myself or getting too stressed out like I tend to do.
I’ve altered my appearance and have come out to friends about personal things that are important to me and everyone has been really supportive which I appreciate SO much.
I’ve taken chances I wouldn’t normally take, have refused to be held back by fear, and have remained consciously open to experiencing new adventures and interacting with new people, and this has lead to excellent things 🙂
Love this. I journal positive thoughts/moments from my day to counteract the belief that my days are usually “all bad”.
So, my turn:
-I have a puppy laying next to me
-We laughed hysterically at work
-It’s nice outside
-Got a ride to work today
-I have friends who love me
-Will sleep good tonight
-I love all my friends
-I want to set goals for myself to grow, especially in a career
-I had Scooby snacks and Finding Nemo gummies shared by my awesome coworkers

Good to hear that you guys are doing well. It really helps in so many ways to focus on the positives in your life. Irrespective of everything else that may be going on, some self time and creative thinking could help a lot too. All the best for the rest of the week guys!
Today I woke up with a possiive attitude towards things that I want to accomplish. I don’t want to stay behind I want to save money so I can get my liscence and get a nice car in the future

Today is Monday and I am still positive 🙂
I am on track with my assignments… good thing I didn’t stay up too late watching the debate, I was able to get up very early in the morning and get a few things in. I have completed some essays and I am very happy abt my work (esp. what I am able to get done in so little time). And I am a little nervous, but really excited about my mid term exams.

I am starting Halloween decorations this weekend!!!
That is great! We are having a Halloween party at The Spot on October 27th! (all are welcomed!!) So we need to start our decorations too!
That is great Torry it is very important that you get a certain amount of hours of sleep everyday. I can asure you that when you dont sleep you whole body and atittude changes .You be grumpy because you so tired and since you tired you have a atittude about anything like everything bothers you. You deffenatly not going to do your job the same because all you want to do is sleep. i recommend everyone to get a good night sleep.
Today, I was able to return to my usual routine. It’s gorgeous outside. I got to see my colleagues again after being out of work all week. I got a good night’s sleep curled up under my electric blanket. And I’m almost 100% better and ready to do some advocating. 😉
