Simple ways to manage school stress

Before you know it, its mid terms. Besides assignments and homeworks and meeting deadlines for everything else, you still need time to study. Dont stress it! One simple lesson, I keep learning time after time is:”If you cant change the way things are let it go.” Somethings are not for you to control.

I find wikihow to be a helpful source on so many ‘know how to’ topics. This is one artivle that says the very least but if followed closely can help you to reap great deal.

    I love this article! I find that I am currently doing some of those things I should be doing, such as breaking things into parts. Nevertheless, I am also someone who tends to study at 9 PM like the article suggested not to do. I will definitely have to take some of these steps into consideration so that this school year can be a total success. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

    Glad you found this article uselful Luz. It makes a lot of sense and it also reinforces some of the things that i have been doing, like using flash cards when waiting, instead of letting an extra 15 minutes go to waste.
    I am also a morning person, so I give my best shot right out of bed. It can be hard though esp if I am tired from the day before.
