What is one thing that you do to calm yourself down when you are having a tough time?
When I’m having a tough time the one thing I can always count on to calm myself is a book. I can always start reading then I eventually get really into the book and before I know it hours have passed and I am no longer upset.

Hey Cheniece,
One thing that I do when I am having a hard time is listen to music. I have always found that music has been there for me even when people are unavailable, or when I am in a dark place and do not wish to speak to other people. There are different genres to choose from depending on what I am feeling whether it is anger, sadness, grief, etc, and I always use the lyrics in specific songs to help me cope.
