Hi Jamie,
How is it going?
I am going to share three things that I usually do whenever I am going through a tough day.
1. If I am really exhausted/tired, I usually get some sleep
2. Otherwise, I listen to some uplifting music or watch some motivational videos
3. Or I talk to someone who I really trust… could be a pal or a text buddy.
Hope this helps. #Staystrong
Some coping skills that I find useful are:
-writing
-going for a walk or getting fresh air
-taking a shower
-drawing/doodling
-listening to music and singing the lyrics really loudly
-pacing
-sleeping
-talking to someone
I hope this can help you out a bit!
