Hi everyone,
Life can be stressful and cause anxiety. However, there’s always something that helps us cope with stress. For me, calming music helps me relax. anytime I feel anxious I turn on some meditation music and It helps center my feelings. What helps you guys relax?

For me, I find that I am most relaxed when I am writing something, listening to music that I know the lyrics to so I can sing along, feeling cool air blow in my face, or when I am swimming. I don’t tend to do as much of these things as I would probably like or need to, but I definitely enjoy doing them when I do have the chance to participate in them.
