During the holidays, I tend to have a hard time with past memories and figuring out where I am most comfortable to spend time with people.
A lot of my family is judgmental and just do not make Thanksgiving and Christmas a happy time. But last year I realized that I can make my own holiday dinners and fun.
Just wanted to see where everyone is at with this.. how are the holidays for you and what kind of support do you need?

I totally agree. The holidays can be really stressful! I think it’s really important for me to focus on the fact that I get to be with my family rather than think of all the things wrong that might me happening. It’s so easy to get caught up in the holidays drama and stress obviously, but having that gratitude has really helped me. And also coping ahead is really helpful so that you can prepare yourself for them!
Remember that You have many holidays to come ahead and that no matter how plans turn out, you can always plan better next time and make it a better holiday with each and every year ahead.
