Things You Are Worried About

What are you worried about today? It can be big things or small. For example, I am worried about going to work later on today. I know there is a lot for me to do there and because I am terrible at managing my time I often stress about getting it all done. Writing about my concerns and worries always helps me find a solution to them or at least calm me down enough to deal with them. Share your thoughts!!!

    I am worried about going to work today too. I am also worried about getting ready to go to college! I am really excited to go to college and make new fiends but I am nervous at the same time.

    I’m worried about my self care today. I feel like I haven’t focused on myself lately. I often don’t listen to my emotions and my heart. I need to get back into the routine of just putting me first.

    I’m worried about getting all my work done today at work, an appointment I have Friday, I’m worried about remembering everything I have to because my memory stinks, I’m worried about Willow missing me, and I’m worried about worrying!!

    I feel like lately I have been worried about the overall safety of my family, and how to better my relationships and be a better person. I feel like I spend a lot of time worrying about money and managing money too, but I feel like that is a common worry LOL.

    I worry over a LOT of things, be they big or small… But oftentimes I’ve found myself concerned over the upcoming school year; will things work out? Can I handle the workload after 5 years of getting my life back together? Etc. I worry over my relationships &. their strength- I’ve only held very few people close to me and all the others have been burnt or strained over time. I worry about being falling into a self-deprecating pattern &. I over-analyse the future (by projecting so far ahead…) I panic. It doesn’t matter if something happened 5 seconds ago, or even 5 years ago, I WILL get stressed over it; I could’ve done something better, right? But I’m working on managing it!

    Its sounds like you have a lot of insight into what has been going on and have a really good way of analyzing yourself and the things you’d like to change. That’s such an important step. Without knowing a lot about you, it sounds like you will succeed in school because you have the insight to be aware of the challenges you may face, and the desire to do well. I’d love to hear how it goes and know more about your journey!
