Hey everyone,
We all know how hard life can be. We are Constantly thinking of all the things you have to get done with in the day or week. If we focus on it too hard It can cause stress and anxiety. I myself struggle with this throughout the week. I am always focusing on what I need to get done in order to improve my life. Don’t get me wrong, it is definitely a good thing to set future goals for yourself, but sometimes put a lot of pressure on myself to work three times as hard as I should and get down on myself when things done go as planned. What I do to calm myself down is tell myself throughout the day “Just relax, get what you can done today and do the rest tomorrow. Just don’t stress over it”.
Do any of you ever experience this? if so, What coping skills do you use to calm yourself down?

Hey Carl,
I definitely experience this on an ongoing basis. Between both school and work it is easy for me to get overwhelmed with tasks that need to get completed. What I feel like has helped me out the most with feeling this way has been balancing my time. If I know that I working my butt off during the week, I will take a weekend off and relax, or vice versa. Also, writing down everything that is due and when it is due by helps me out because I have it physically written down for me to see and be reminded of. Thanks for writing about this topic, I know a lot of people struggle with it.
