With August half way through, and summer winding down, I thought I’d take the opportunity to both reflect on and ask you guys what the best part(s) of your summer were. I must say this has been one of the best summer I have had in a long time, and with that, I’ll lead you to my list!
-Visited Maine for the first time and found my safe place ๐

This summer had its ups and downs but so does life. I think this summer was particularly difficult because I was trying to get so many things done, but it was OK nonetheless:
The best part of this summer was definitely my three-day trip on a sloop on the Hudson River. Next, to that, I would say my visit to Columbia University, it was definitely an inspiring experience and it has given me some fuel to work towards my Bachelor’s degree.
Kevin,
I am glad you were able to feel that fuel from going to visit Columbia University. Sometimes it comes from even the oddest of places, but I’ve always felt that we will be inspired enough to do something with our inspiration when it needs to happen. Maybe now is when you are truly ready to do so. I wish you the best of luck on your new journey ๐
This Summer has been a lot of fun!
-Went to Maine!
-Went swimming
-Was able to have a social life while working a lot
-Visited with Family!!
I also have to be grateful that I was able to re-register for school. It was a hassle but I finally got it figured out. Looking forward to a great semester.
