My first time driving manual, At first I wanted to practice in a big empty parking lot so that I could get taste of maneuvering the car, but the road was better. It wasnt that hard.
Graduating high school, when I collected my diploma and walked out the doors of high school.
The two moments I’ll never forget in my life would have to be when I got my first check at my first job and when I graduated as a Recovery Support Specialist. When I got first check from my first job, I found myself grinning from ear to ear, almost in tears with such an intense sense of satisfaction and accomplishment within myself that I wasn’t quite sure what to do with it all. I can even recall looking at the check, lifting it up into the light and shouting to my friend “look, it even has the little hairs in it!” (the little markers to prove its authenticity)
The other moment that I will never forget is that of when I graduated from Recovery University as a Recovery Support Specialist. That has been the highest feeling of accomplishment that I have felt after completing something academically. I think this is because although I completed high school, since I was in and out of a large quantity of programs and institutions when I got my diploma it did not feel like such a high sense of accomplishment for me for some reason. Nevertheless, when I got up to shake my teacher’s hand and got my certificate after Recovery University, I felt the most intense feeling of satisfaction ever, not like I had cheated my easy through it. I will never forget these moments of intense satisfaction and achievement in my life.
