Anxiety Chart

Hey everyone!

I came across this blog post about how someone living with anxiety who struggles to explain her anxiety to her peers/family/loved ones. She talks about how frustrating it is and how people don’t seem to understand the actual condition. So she decided to make an “anxiety chart” to help explain her anxiety. Not everything in life is full of rainbows and dandelions, in fact being a young adult in this day in age can be really difficult! Some days #adulting feels just like this, when you can look both ways before crossing the street and then you end up getting hit by a plane instead ??
