SMART Recovery Group is a peer support group ran by trained facilitators. It is for people seeking support with any struggle they may have: substance abuse, anxiety, depression, bullying, fighting, etc. SMART Recovery incorporates tools based on evidence-based addiction treatments, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. This 4-point program offers specific tools and techniques for each of the program points:
Building and Maintaining Motivation
Coping with Urges
Managing thoughts, feelings, and Behaviors
Living a Balanced Life
When: Thursday’s from 4:30-6:00PM
