ACTT provides clinical and intensive case management services and outreach services to persons 18 years or older with behavioral health and concurrent substance abuse problems, and who need more support than traditional outpatient care and case management can provide. The program provides clinical, medical, life management and socialization services to help individuals acquire the skills necessary to successfully participate in community living while achieving optimal quality of life._ã
