National Sleep Awareness Week: March 2-9th

This week is Sleep Awareness Week. There couldn’t be a better time to remind myself that I need to get enough sleep.

So Sleep Awareness week is here to keep us on track. I am very sure that a typical work/school week only allows some of, on average, apx six hours of sleep, if not less. That of course, is not ideal.

Sleep Awareness Week is dedicated to getting more people to sleep longer and ultimately to enhance our productivity and health. In acknowledgement of this cause, there are some great tips available here on how you can improve your sleep routine: https://turningpointct.org/media/latest/sleepawareness/
