Mantra Meditation for World Peace

Mantra meditation is a form of meditation that consists of chanting powerful Sanskrit sounds. Repetition of these sounds, internally or externally creates strong vibrations while also burning off negative karmas, or the sum of a person’s actions in this and previous states of existence. The vibration of the mantra affects the subconscious, subtle and physical bodies. The more concentration and feeling we put into chanting the mantra, the stronger the effect will be. This session will focus on mantras for world peace and will be appropriate for both beginners and experienced chanters.
