Sooo….I want to travel. I want to explore. I want to go places I have never been. I never cared before to go anywhere nor was I ever really in a place emotionally and physically where I would have been able to. My friend and I made a decision to go on a vacation next year. It’s more motivation to stay well and to continue taking care of myself. I know its far off, but I am putting my intention out there. I am writing it down. I am “logging” so to speak, my excitement so I can come back and read this some day when I convince myself I don’t care about anything. To be able to go somewhere without any chains will feel amazing. With no obsession to use drugs, with being able to get out of bed in the morning. I have some desire today. I never had desire. I wasn’t sure if I was just never born with it, or if it was ripped away from me at a very young age.
Again, I am throwing it out there!

So kool Courtney. Traveling is such a good way to keep motivated. With life changes, I haven’t been able to do much traveling but this is definitely ‘work in progress’ …starting with Boston – never been there – but I have been hearing so many great things about it and thats an easy one to check off the ‘list’.
Do u have any special place that you really want to visit more than anywhere else?

Thank you! I agree with you! I like ‘work in progress’ and Boston is a great city! You definitely should check it out, especially because it’s reasonably close. Great places to eat as well as a big city with plenty of people. Plus, I am a Red Sox fan!!!
My friend and I have been talking about California. I want to travel out of the country, but there are so many places in the US I want to explore as well. I also want to go to Alaska to see the Northern Lights. Check this video out of the Northern Lights:

Incredible! I heard there are glass tents so to speak so you can lay down and watch them! I have to do some more research!

Me too i want to travel to there are so many things and so many places that we can explore and learn from different peoples cultures. I want to try diffrent foods too you know everybody cooks different and dit is always exciting to eat food from a different culture. Id like too see more of the world because sometimes people dont recognize how beautifull and bug the world really is sometimes I wonder who are the people around me or that live far away from me how diffeerent or similar is their lifestylle to mines and how can we become more connected.
