Last Winter the Fairfield County Coalition to End Youth Homelessness partnered with local non-profits to initiate a youth count of homeless youth in the county. I personally participated in this outreach and shared my story. We discovered some very interesting findings.
Fairfield County, perhaps one of the richest counties in the country, still has work to do when it comes to youth homelessness. In this County alone there are 762 homeless and unstably housed youth and young adults under the age of 25 based on the recent findings.

TurningPointCT.org was developed by young people in Connecticut who are in recovery from mental health and substance use issues.
