I love this video and I really commend the cast and crew of the show for teaching our children about realities that exist within our society. I’m a firm believer that when we educate our children from an early age, we help them understand and integrate anyone who may be ‘different’ from them at a later stage in life. I LOVE this so much Luz!! Sesame Street also has a new muppet named Lily who was homeless, which is a really incredible way to, like you said, be inclsuive and educate children about the differences people might have! Thank you for sharing this!
That’s awesome that they are introducing so many different aspects of life to our children! The truth is that life isn’t always easy and it’s okay for our kids to know that in a safe way. I think that the more they do this the less issues with bullying we will have as a result. 🙂
