Many of us have or my perhaps know of someone who does have really good recipes to great meals. Looking at recipes in an abstract view for a couple of minutes and using the end meal as your life as a whole, what sort of ingredients would you need to add to make your meal the best it could possibly be? You can add anything you’d like to your recipe, because after all, this is your meal. I’ll go first. For my perfect “meal” I would include:
-Family & Friends
-Laughter and Humor
-A good support network
-A good spiritual connection
-A great work community
-Positive communication and connections with everyone in my life
