“Everyone is going through something that we can’t see… Mental health is an invisible thing, but it touches all of us at some point or another.”
Whether we are famous, poor, wealthy, female, male etc., mental health doesn’t discriminate. This article was great to read because sometimes we look at athletes or famous people and wonder if they go through the same things. Kevin Love speaks about his struggles with mental health. Check it out!
Thanks for sharing this Tory. Great article, I think it’s so amazing that celebrities are helping to shine a light on mental illness, and “outing” themselves as ‘normal’, high-functioning, AND mentally ill.
I absolutely loved being able to read this article. I feel like it is not often enough that we get to hear about famous people, let alone men or boys share their experiences surrounding mental health or their emotions. I feel like this is definitely a great way to get others who look up to him to feel comfortable with the things they may be going through within their own lives, and so they also realize they aren’t alone in the struggle. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
