COVID

If you’re feeling anxious about the coronavirus, concerned about isolation, and worried about what is ahead, just remember: Social distancing doesn’t have to mean social isolation! In fact, staying engaged with others is the best way to manage the stress, focus on positives, and worry less–even while “hunkering down” at home.

Remember, you’re not alone.

On this page we’ve assembled videos & resources for managing your mental health & taking care of YOU.  We also showcase the many crisis supports, warmlines, connection and recovery support options that are out there and free. Take advantage of them! And know that mental health and substance use therapy is still available, whether by phone or online. (Find providers here.) Please note: If you have a state phone, you have unlimited talk and text plus extra data during COVID, so you can take advantage of online services & supports!

There are hotlines (24/7 with crisis counselors), warmlines (not always 24/7, often run by people in recovery), mental health support groups, recovery support groups, wellness activities listed below.

There are many online resources during this time. Please reach out for the support you need and remember, you are not alone.
SMART Recovery Groups are now online!
During COVID-219, these meetings will take place using RingCentral’s video conference. Click on the link 5 minutes before the first meeting to download the app, if necessary.
