We all have bad days in our lives including me. But when was the last time you had a good day or even a great day?
It is so important so notice when you have a good day and make yourself feel even better about it, like giving yourself a natural high. In the moment, forget about the bad things and focus on how great today is. It is important do this because great day’s may not come around as often so instead of thinking about the bad days, embrace the positivity you are experiencing in the moment.
Today I had a very good day. It started when I woke up this morning. I did my morning meditation (which I haven’t done in a while) and I felt happy and energetic after I did it. Then I went to my job which I love and ran our Young People’s Meet Up which we have at our JRB location every Wednesday. About 8 people showed up and I found it intoxicating how much fun everyone had and how everyone got along with each other. That made me feel very good inside to see everyone enjoy themselves. It makes me love my job even more.
So that was my day so far. When was the last time any of you had a great day? please share your experience.

I love when we can notice and recognize our great days! Even if the whole day inst great or even good, I try to notice the good moments. I had a great morning today! I did all the tedious things I have to do in the morning (like getting Willows lunch ready for daycare, cleaning my room, taking a shower, and getting our clothes out) last night so that I wouldn’t have to feel pressured or rushed when I woke up this morning! And it worked! I accidentally slept in, but was able to get ready and leave on time without stressing! Then I took the train to bring Willow to the doctor and got there really early. So we took our time walking, and instead of bringing her stroller I wore her in her carrier. So we had a nice time together this morning. Her appointment went well, we got to play together, and then I didn’t have to worry about the train because my coworker picked us up! It was a smooth, stress free morning! Yay! Work is busy today, but I am looking forward to going home and seeing Willow and having a good evening with her!
