Keep the Promise Coalition is offering a writing class for young adults with mental health conditions!
Young Adult Writers Living with a Mental Health Condition: it’s time to find your voice and share your truth! Mental Health Connecticut (MHC) is inviting young adults (ages 18-28) living with a mental health condition and/or substance use disorder to be a part of a powerful writing workshop and storytelling campaign. Write On! will help you advance your writing skills, increase the use of writing as a means of therapy, and educate the community on the realities of living with trauma and/or a mental health diagnosis.
Deadline to apply: February 16, 2018,
Classes run: Thursday nights, 6-8pm, from March 1-April 26, 2018
