I really like this list of ways to be great. I feel like it is basically a summary or the guidelines we use when trying to be our best selves while working on the Warmline. I think many of these same principles apply because we ought to not be judgemental, be respectful, open, gentle, kind, not complicated, listening to the little details of things, etc. when trying to provide our callers with the best quality services we possibly can. What do you think?
